who even knows

Bluuuuuurgh. Urp. Blork.

I wanted to just post the title but if everyone was spamming their nausea noises on Bear, it wouldn't be such a nice place to be, eh?

One piece of advice I got from my therapist always sticks with me:

"You still have the right to get fucked up if you're disabled!"

Up until that point, I had been trying to live my life somewhere between miserable and perfect. Eat perfectly, exercise perfectly, do everything perfectly until your health is once again Perfect!

One of the ways this type of ableism shows up for me is a total restriction on Fun and Treats in the name of Health.

It is rubbish.

Thankfully, time and therapy help me break out of this more and more lately. Today, I ate cakes and drank coffee, and spent the day with a friend walking around. I even bought a dvd box set (CSI Miami season one, a classic).

I feel like shit. But I'm happy!
