A photo
This is a fun pattern I coded on OpenProcessing using perlin noise and lerp. You can find my face occasionally over on the Now tab. Penny, my dog, is immortalised in this post.
Name or nickname
Katie!
My husband calls me Pooks but otherwise I don't have so many nicknames these days. Or at least I don't know about them...
Where in the world I blog from
I am in Yorkshire, which is in the north of England. It's a lovely green place where it (usually) rains a lot. People are friendly and there are many, many dogs (who are also friendly for the most part).
What my blog is mostly about
I'm still figuring that out! I wanted a place to write freely without worrying too much about whether it fits this or that category. I can tell you about what's on my mind at the moment as those are the topics that will pop up the most:
- dreams for technology that isn't driven by greed and surveillance
- my opinions about the world
- knitting
- dogs
- dragons
- knitting dogs and dragons
- reflections on life
It will change over time for sure. That's what's so nice about writing here! I'm freeeeeee!
Send me your Knowember post to my email and I'll add it to the bottom of this post. We can start a Knowember chain!
